The thetcha paneer pieces were not greasy n oily and added a very tasty nutty flavor to the salad. It was wholesome n tasty. The dip was very tasty n did not taste sour the way the store bought ones taste.

सलाड म्हटलं कि लहानपणा पासून जे आम्ही पाहिलं गाजर, कांदा, टमाटर, काकडी बारीक करुन एकत्र केली वरुन फोडी दिली इतकचं माहीत होत.
हाँटेल मध्ये सलाडचे प्रकार मिळतात पण कधी हिंम्मत केली नाही...
पण जेव्हा "किंग आँफ सलाड"ला भेट देण्याचा योग आला खऱ्या अर्थाने सलाड म्हणजे काय? हे समजलं.
विषेश म्हणजे सलाड साठी लागणारे पदार्थ तुम्ही स्वतः आधुनिक पध्दतीने उगवता हे भारी वाटलं.. त्यामुळे खाताना त्यातला ताजेपणा, शरीराला आवश्यक पोषकद्रव्य, फायबर याचा समतोल जाणवतो...
पहिल्या घासातच आपण काहीतरी हेल्दी खातोय हे पटतं आणि तुमची रेसेपी त्याला आणखी रुचकर, स्वादिष्ट बनवते......
